ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:To explore the cultivation method for community pharmaceutical care talents in higher vocational colleg-es. METHODS:According to the talent training aims to meet the demand of community pharmaceutical service positions in higher vo-cational colleges,the teaching reform was carried out for talent cultivation mode,course structure system,training base construction and teaching methods. RESULTS:In terms of talent cultivation mode,the work-integrated learning mode was built;in terms of course structure system,“Medicine,Pharmacy,Humanities and Expansion”course module was constructed to further optimize it;in terms of training base construction,the capital investment was increased to improve the school training base,meanwhile,cooperation between schools and enterprises was carried out to strengthen the construction of out-of-school training bases;in terms of teaching methods, PBL,case teaching model and situational teaching method were implemented. CONCLUSIONS:The quality of pharmaceutical talents has been significantly improved by implementing reform of the talent cultivation mode,the course structure system and teaching meth-ods,together with constructing training bases.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the antibiotics recipe in one third‐grade hospital from January to December 2012 and to pro‐vide reference for clinical rational use and effective management of antibiotics .Methods The defined daily dose(DDD) was treated as analysis unit ,and the total DDDs was calculated .The antibiotics use densities(AUD) were calculated by the value of DDD per 100 days person .Results The average value of AUD in 2012 was 49 .84 ,compared to the first half of the year ,the second half at‐tended to decrease .Qualification rate was 91 .8% for the investigated antibiotics recipe .Conclusion The use density of antibiotics was medium in the investigated hospital in 2012 .The date of usage of antibacterial drugs showed a steady trend and to be more rea‐sonable during the clinical use of antimicrobial agents special rectification activities .

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the direct effect of attachment and the indirect effect through coping style and social support on mental health in technical school students. Methods 372 technical school students were assessed by Experiences in Close Relationship' s Inventory ( ECR), Symptom Check Scale List-90 ( SCL90) ,Coping Style Scale For Secondary School Students( CSS)and Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS). Results ( 1 ) Total score of SCL-90 had significant correlations with all index of attachment anxiety, parents attachment avoidance( r=0. 165 ~0.370, P<0.01 ) ,with coping style focus on problem ( r=0.291 ~0.552, P<0. 01 ) and perceived social support( r = -0. 245, P < 0.01 ). (2)Coping style focus on emotion had significant correlations with attachment anxiety( r=0.237 ~0.383, P<0.01 ) and coping style focus on problem had significant correlations with attachment avoidance( r= -0. 267 ~ -0. 403, P<0. 01 ). (3) Perceived social support had significant negative correlations with attachment avoidance ( r= - 0. 425 ~ - 0. 459, P < 0.01 ). (4) The coping style focus on emotion had 65.2% mediation effect between attachment anxiety and mental health and perceived social support was moderated by attachment avoidance. Conclusions ( 1 ) Attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance have direct effect on mental health. ( 2 ) The indirect effect of attachment anxiety on mental health is a lot mediating effect performed by the coping style focus on emotion. Attachment avoidance also indirectly influences on mental health by moderating perceived social support.
